Delivery Options

You have a choice of order delivery options and you will be directed to identify your choice of delivery option on the plan order form during your ordering process.

One option is a CD-ROM format sent via United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class Mail.  Most business plans that are delivered in CD-ROM format are received within 4-6 business days of confirmation of your payment. 

The second option is the EMAIL DELIVERY of the plan. It is the same plan that you would receive in the CD-ROM format except that it is sent in a series of emailed files so that it is sure to be accommodated by the file size limitations used by the various email services.  Our business plans are not immediately downloadable as state specific data and regulatory links need to be compiled, validate and entered into the plan. Generally, this hands-on work requires a business day. We allow ourselves 1-2 business days for EMAIL DELIVERY, however most EMAIL DELIVERY plans are sent NEXT DAY. 

Privacy & Security

We do not sell, rent, or lease any customer data that needs to be collected during the ordering process.

We use email address or telephone inquiry information only to respond directly to the inquiring party regarding our product and/or services.

Our website maintains a SSL Certificate, is PCI compliant, and utilizes a secure national merchant account processing service for your security.

Legal Disclaimer: We may disclose personal information when required by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary in order to conform to the edicts of the law.

Replacements & Refunds

We replace at no cost any damaged CD-ROMs that may have occurred during mailing or electronically transmitted files that may have been corrupted during the Email Delivery requested process.  However, the incident of either is practically non-existent. 

We do replace at no cost via Email Delivery an original business plan that may have been lost as a result of a computer crash or some other such incident upon confirmation of proof of purchase and within a timeframe of eight weeks of purchase.

Because each plan is customized to provide state and business specific data and regulatory/tax/business registration/etc. hyperlinks, it can not be resold.  Therefore, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We can not guarantee the customer will produce a successful plan, obtain financing, or be a profitable business.  This no guarantee or warrantee of the product policy is stated on our website and in the Licensing and Terms of Use Statement. Sometimes, the planning process will show that the business is not viable. While the customer will have spent $195 for our product, they may have saved substantially more by not proceeding with the venture.

We accept orders only through our secure website.

Payment & Pricing

We honor American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa cards.

All business plans are priced at $195.

There is no additional charge for the development of a special order business plan. Inquires regarding special order business plans may be sent to specialorder@goodtogobizplans.com.

Product Orientation

We provide, at no cost, telephone assistance relative to the initial orientation to the product if requested by the customer. Such assistance is available by calling our toll free number at 1-888-411-0071.

One-On-One Online Business Plan Development Assistance

For clients desiring individual support, we do offer one-on-one online business plan development assistance at an additional cost.  Many clients utilize the service to finalize their business model, resolve issues in their financial projections, and as a preparatory step in advance of meeting with lenders or investors. 

A Good To Go Business Plan developer will coach you via the telephone and with both you and our developer using your plan documents and financial projections that were exchanged via email in advance of the session.  These are “working sessions” that move your plan to completion!

This service is available on the Good To Go Business Plans Website.  It is listed with the title "Your Biz Plan Development Coach Using the Good To Go Business Plan Product" and it is the last category on the page.  We offer 1 hour ($100) and 1.5 hours ($145) coaching options.

Product Terms of Use

You may use the Good-To-Go Business Plans, Inc.'s for your own business purposes. Once you customize the forms and templates with your own information, they become your property. You may not: (a) modify, translate, or reproduce the content in template form, unless it is for your own internal business purposes: (b) sell or redistribute this content in template form: or (c) sublicense, rent, lend, transfer, post, transmit, or otherwise make the content available to anyone else in template form, except that you may permanently transfer the content and accompanying materials, provided you retain no copies and the recipient agrees to the terms of the Good To Go Business Plans Licenseing & Terms of Use Agreement.
